Which Vehicle Do I Need?
Small orders (up to 2 pallets)
Choose a 1-Ton Chiller Van for fresh goods, or a Freezer Van for frozen goods. Best for restaurants, cafés and pharmacies.
Medium orders (3 to 8 pallets)
Choose a 3-Ton Chiller or Freezer Truck. Carrying chilled and frozen together? Choose the 5-Ton Dual-Zone Truck.
Large orders (8 pallets or more)
Choose a 7-Ton or 10-Ton Reefer Truck for wholesale, port and intercity loads.
Medicines and vaccines

How Renting Works
Documents needed
A copy of your trade licence and the Emirates ID of the person booking. For one-day private bookings, an Emirates ID is enough.
Payment
Daily and weekly rentals are paid in advance. Monthly contracts are invoiced monthly. Bank transfer, card and cheque accepted for contracts.
Booking time
Vans are usually ready the same day, trucks the next day. For urgent needs, our 24/7 emergency service can send a vehicle day or night.
Long-term contracts
The same vehicle and driver every day, fixed prices all year and priority replacement. See our monthly chiller van rental plans.
Rental Price FAQs
How much does it cost to rent a chiller van in Abu Dhabi?
A 1-ton chiller van costs AED 250 per day, AED 1,500 per week or AED 4,800 per month. The price includes a trained driver, fuel within Abu Dhabi, GPS tracking and a temperature report. VAT is extra.
Is it cheaper to rent monthly?
Yes. A monthly rental works out about 35% cheaper per day than daily rental. Contracts of 3 months or more get an extra 5–10% discount.
Do your prices include a driver?
Yes. Every price on this page includes a UAE-licensed driver trained in cold chain handling.
How much is a freezer truck per day?
Not for monthly and yearly contract clients. Their price stays fixed all year. Daily rentals may cost slightly more in the busiest weeks, and we always tell you before you book.
Do you charge extra for trips to Dubai?
A 3-ton freezer truck costs AED 550 per day. A 7-ton refrigerated truck costs AED 800 per day, and a 10-ton reefer truck costs AED 1,000 per day.
Can I rent for just a few hours?
Yes, a small route charge of AED 150 to 300 per trip, depending on the vehicle. Road tolls are charged at actual cost. We include all of this in your quote.
